Patricia left this world on April 18, 2026 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Hamp Sr.; and her siblings, Jimmy, Debbie, Michael (Robin) and Mary Mackey.
She is survived by: her children, Jeremey Hamp, Faustine Celeste Gee and Lee Mannie Hamp Jr. (Rashelle Hamp); her sisters, Barbara and Essema Reed; and her grandchildren, DaShawn Hamp, Rayviann Blankenbaker, Jada Hamp, Celeste Hamp, Marionna Harris, Lee Hamp III, Mario Harris, Damond Manuel and Heaven Lee Hamp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heartland Cremation & Burial Society (6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
