He is survived by : his wife Kim Phipps; his children, Hailey Phipps, Kevin Jeffries (Karli) and Tracie Lyons-Lorimer (Mike); his mother Jean Rose; his brothers Scott Phipps, Bill Phipps and his sister Regina Phipps-Hubbell. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, and four grand daughters, and one great grandson.
