He was predeceased by: his parents, George Penyak and Lillian Penyak (Mancini); and his wife Harrietta Penyak. He is survived by: his daughter Monica Cohu; his son-in-law Rollin Cohu; his grandchildren, Ian, Sean, Adriana and Linda Marie Cohu; and his brother George Penyak, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
