We bid farewell to Ronald Lee Thompson Sr. (Raytown, Missouri), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 30, 2026 at the age of 89. Ronald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thompson and Nellie Thompson (Jones); his son Dan; and his siblings, Franklin, Anna Schlemminger and Helen Bangs (Janie).
He is survived by: his children, Pam Regan, Ron Jr. (Robin), Vee Simpson (Tyler) and Ray Smith Jr. (Amy); and his sisters, Lois Martin, Vicki McClintick, Audrey Bowen and Grace Lund. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
