She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Shughart and Leo Dale Shughart. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Simmons; her sister Cathy Mayweather (Bobby Mayweather); and her daughters, Harmony Simmons (Micheal Powell), Noelle DeYoung, Cori Simmons (Bryan Allen) and Cali Simmons-White (Sid White).
