He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamont Seals and Clarice Seals; his brother David Seals; and the mother of his children Denise Seals. He is survived by: his children, Billy Seals (Alysha), Lorie Sloan (Brian) and Kimberly McDonald (Terry); his grandchildren, Blair Wells, Jacob Wells, Isabella Seals and Brooklynn Seals; and his siblings, Ann Conklin and Monty Seals.
