He is survived by: his mother Thelma Carline Van Oster (Kinney); his daughters, Anna Cummings (Joey) and Hayley Van Oster; his brothers, James Van Oster (Cindy) and Shawn Van Oster (Angel); and his niece Destiny Deornellis (Dylan). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
