He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Charles and Cathrine Francis Maxwell (Vaughn); his wife Judith Mariella Cavanaugh; his son Wesley Maxwell (Shannan) of Ray County; his grandsons, Quinton and D'Tanyon Maxwell; and his sister Betty Mae Trumble of Athol, MA.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Richmond Boy Scout Troop #324 or the Richmond United Christian Presbyterian Church.
