Doug Patrick Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doug Patrick of Reeds Spring, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, O. D. Patrick and Leona Patrick (Warren); his brother Kyle Patrick; and his grandson Douglas Joe Clevenger, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Patrick; his daughters, Sherry Lockard (Kenny) of Reeds Spring, Teresa Borgman (Dusty) of Reeds Spring and Kristie Chase (Tracy) of Reeds Spring; and his grandchildren, Brandy Corneau, Sara Clevenger (Jason Elliott), Colton Borgman, Mikala Whitworth (Cody), Devon Chase (Emily) and Kasey Chase. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Kimberling City (57 Kimberling City Ctr Ln, Kimberling City, MO 65686).
