He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schlesner and Viola Schlesner. He is survived by: his children, Penny Mayer (Daniel), Timothy Schlesner (Tracy), Kimberly Sampo (Kevin) and Mitchell Schlesner; and his sisters, Kathlene Evans, Delores Gehler, Bonnie Hrobsky, Donna Freson and Sandy Schmidt.
