He is survived by: his children, Sara Boxley (Levi) of Cassville and Steven Willoughby of Reeds; his stepdaughter Stephanie Ogden of Carthage; his sister Debbie Whitledge (JD) of Reeds; his sister-in-law Lynn Lambeth of Salina, Kansas; and his stepsiblings, Paul Stebler (DeEnna) of Jasper, Carolyn Taffner (Henry) of Lamar, Diann Ison of Lamar, Joyce Moser (Roger) of Lamar and Pauletta Orahood (Mike) of Lamar. He is also survived by grandchildren.
