He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Plaster and Kathryn Plaster; and his brothers, David, Herbert Junior and Wade.
He is survived by : his close friend Connie Piper; his sons, Neal and Scott of Montana; and his cousins, Bill and James Plaster. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
