He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stark and Pearl Stark (Gray); and his siblings, Virginia (Salchow), Gaylord and Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Stark (Salchow); his daughters, Shelley Elliott (Dean) and Sharla Richardson (Brian); and his grandchildren, Jordan Richardson (Abbie), Jarrett Richardson, Jace Richardson (Jess), Daniel Elliott (Autumn) and Luke Elliott (Kadee). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
