He is survived by : his mother Fannie Lou Spencer (Gibbs); his wife Brenda Sue Spencer (Miller); his sons, David Spencer III, Bryan Spencer and Shawn Spencer; and his siblings, Michael, James, Joshua, Danny and Debra "Sarah". He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
