She was predeceased by: her son James Walter Scheel; her husbands, Lawrence "Bud" Gordon and Donald Nix; her brother-in-law Gary Livermore; and her parents, Henry William Birno and Aletha Doris Birno (Bongey).
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Scheel (Lisa Clayton) of Republic, MO and Michael Scheel (Teresa) of Aurora, MO; her grandchildren, Victoria Scheel (Donovan Smith), Kayla McCormack (David), Justin Scheel (Kara Sims) and Jeremy Mullins (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Brayden Mullins, Landon Rambo, Mia McCormack, Conner McCormack, Jaylen Webb and Sheel; and her siblings, Linda Livermore of Republic, MO, William Birno (Marcia) of Golden Valley and David Birno of Shore View. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
