He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldrean Burden and Ethel Burden; his sister Alice McMillin; and his great grandchild Jaxson. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughters, Teresa Garoutte (J. R.) and Ramona Roney (Dave); his grandchildren, Justin Rice (Jessica), Phillip Rice (Sherry), Courtney Wilkinson (Matt) and Eric Roney; and his great grandchildren, Lawson, Lane, Jayden, Jameson, Mara, Molly and Oliver.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (301 E Hines St, Republic, MO 65738).
