He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Nordyke and Vada Nordyke (Smothers). He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Andrews); his children, Kami (Jeremy) and David (Kristina); his grandchildren, Samantha Ward, Austin, Andrew, Ashton Johnson, Kyleigh, Garrison and Jackson Nordyke; his brother-in-law Mike Andrews (Diane); and his sibling's children, Katie and Evan.
