He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Goad and Bob Spurlock; and his wife Teresa Spurlock. He is survived by: his daughter Beverly Furstenberg (Heather Kozlowski); and his grandchildren, Gabriel Furstenberg and Raelynn Givens.
