She is survived by : her husband Robert West; her mother Betty Bacon; her children, Sabrina West and John; her daughter-in-law Beth West; her grandchildren, Betty Grace Cook and Garrett Thomas West; and her sisters, Kay Norbury and Sandy Williams. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, Julia's wishes would be that donations for the grandchildren's future college.
