He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Ragan and Edna May Smith Wayland. He is survived by: his close friend Dena Christy of Revere; his children, Ronald Wayland and Jennifer Wayland; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Bobby, Taylor and Jordyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wolf Cemetery.
