He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Edward Chadd Sr. and Gladys Evelyn Chadd (Jones); and his sister Sharon Louise Chadd. He is survived by : his wife Vickey Clardy; his children, Sarah Chadd of Rich Hill, MO, Sharon Morris of Independence, MO and Jacob Clardy of Kansas City, MO; his foster son Samuel Arevalo of Kansas City, MO; and his brother Donald "Ed" Chadd of Cheyenne, WY. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
