It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Dirks (Rich Hill, Missouri), born in Halstead, Kansas, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Sadie Smith Dirks; and his son Mark (Susan). He is survived by : his wife Evelyn of Moundridge, Kansas; his daughter Starla (Stanton Koehn); his daughter-in-law Karen Dirks; his sister Gloria Koehn; his sisters-in-law, Carrol Dirks, Donna Dirks and Violet Wedel; and also Leland (Marylou Dirks). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
