It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garry Jenkins of Richards, Missouri, born in Nevada, Missouri, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Everett and Virginia Lee Jenkins (Vohs); his brothers, Jim Jenkins and Johnny Jenkins; and his grandsons, Cody Jenkins and Walter Smith, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Leslie Ann Smith (Walter), Skip Jenkins (Sherry), John Jenkins and Russ Jenkins (Barbara); his grandchildren, Jake Hand (Jenny), Vanessa Howell (Trevor) and Jesse Jenkins (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Ian and Isabelle Howell; and his brother Mike Jenkins (Mary). He is also survived by sister.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Seventh Day Adventist Church (15467 East Quail Road, Nevada, MO 64772).
