He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Junior and Marjorie Newton (Warner); his son Justin Byram; his siblings, Donna Hobbs, Billy Wayne Newton, Jackie Paul Newton and Cynthia Caviness; and his grandson Braxton Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Stone; his children, Tracy Byram (Ashley) of Nevada, Crystal Stone of Stockton and Rachel Stone of Joplin; his grandchildren, Leah Byram, Donna Byram, Tracey Byram, Garrett Byram and Daven Newton; his great grandchild Eli; and his sister Cathy Beisley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
