He is survived by: his wife Clarice Frisbee Payne; his children, Jerry Payne (Shirley) of Richland, Denise Haechrel (Paul) of Vadnais Heights and Brian Payne of Richland; his grandchildren, Matt Haechrel (Sarah Matthiesen) of Falcon Heights, Megan Bayland (Robyn) of Milwaukee, Dillon Payne (Jamie) of Springfield and Cody Payne of Springfield; Naomi Bayland of Milwaukee. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
