She is survived by: her children, John Fanning (Tina Montague) of Tucson, AZ, Timothy Fanning (Loretta Traver) of Quenemo, KS and Tina Penniston (Jerry) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Scott Fanning, Tiffany Handley (Shawn), Diana Barker (Eric), Harold Penniston (Melanie) and Joe Penniston (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Emma Jenkins (Tim), Kate Penniston, Leah Penniston, Larry Penniston (Ali Eaton), Mary Penniston, Chris Handley, Caleb Handley, Josh Barker, Addie Barker and Kolton Penniston.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Thurman Funeral Home (507 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the Richmond Memory Gardens (1403 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Hospital for Children.
