He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy Ann Cazzell of Orrick, MO.; his father Billy Eugene Cazzell; Eunice Mae Cazzell. He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Cazzell (Joe) of Orrick, MO and Crissy McAfee (Jeff) of Orrick, MO; his adoptive parent Terry Williams (Ruth) of Orrick; his sister Pat Wysong (Rob) of Excelsior Springs, MO; and his grandchildren, Cody Pigg, Brock McAfee, Blake McAfee (Brooke), Keeley McAfee, Casey Williams and Miranda Williams (Kris). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
