We announce the death of Carolin Jean Stigall of Richmond, Missouri, who passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 89. Carolin will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Perez and Norine Perez (Trindle); her husband James W. "J. W." Stigall of Henrietta; and her siblings, Kenny Perez, JoAnn Radier, Leona Briant and Patricia O'Dell.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Link (Dan) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Schmidt, Amber Schmidt (Curtis Johnson), Jessica Carr (Ryan) and Ryan King (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Blake Stickley, Kyan Carr, Madi Carr, Gabriel Johnson, Lilyan Carr, Jace Arnold, Olivia Mayberry, Grayson King, Charley Carr and Violet Carr.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Thurman Funeral Home - Richmond (507 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at the Richmond Memory Gardens (1403 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Shirkey Hospice.
