We announce the death of Debra Sue Meredith of Richmond, Missouri, who passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 72. Debra will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Meyers and Syble Meyers; her husband Richard Meredith; and her brother David Meyers. She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Barbour; her son-in-law Michael Barbour; her granddaughters, Emmalea and Zoey Barbour; and her siblings, Rebecca "Ann" Stillwell of Independence, Missouri, Sharon Berg (Tom) of Independence, Missouri, Donna Pratt (Doug) of Barnett, Missouri, Sandra Meyers (Donnie) of Arcola, Missouri, William Meyer (Joan) of Yuba City and Kevin Meyers (Carla) of Kansas City, Missouri. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and even great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Richmond (9502 Leathers Rd, Richmond, MO 64085). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Will Follow the Memorial (106 W N Main St, Richmond, MO 64085).
