She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Lackey, William Lackey, Steve Lackey, Eddie Lackey, Anthony Johnson, Doug Johnson, Theresa Waggoner and Lori Collins; her siblings, David Hedrick, Dennis Hedrick and Sharron Smith; and her great grandchild Liam Covey. She is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren.
