Thomas Lalik; her daughter Patricia Lourea Lalik Dailey; and her siblings, Doris Pauline Cunningham Aleaya, Hoy Cunningham, James H. Cunningham, Leo Cunningham, Vonda C. Harrelson and Elizabeth E. Kirpatrick.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Thomas Lalik, Earl T Lalik and Lola Florence Lalik Towne. She is also survived by four grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
