She is survived by: her husband J. William Maxwell of Martinsville, IL; her siblings, John Bullock (Debra) of Chicago, IL and Sherri Bullock; and her children, Michael Maxwell (Toni) of Wilmington, DE, Kevin Maxwell (Nichole) of Boonville, MO and Heather Maxwell of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
