He is survived by: his siblings, Sheila Mae, Robert Lee and Wesley Alfred Gum (Art); his daughters, Amy Elizabeth Whitener (David), Roberta Lee Foster (Steven) and Jennifer Joyce Perkins (Tony); his grandchildren, Andrew Whitener (Kathleen), Timothy Whitener (Avery), Zachary Foster, Sophie Foster and Reid Perkins; and his great grandchildren, Riley and William Whitener. He is also survived by his sisters- and brothers-in-law, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
