With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jay Dean McFee of Richmond, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 25, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Shannon Lloyd and Lois McFee (Bowery); and his siblings, Michael McFee and Laura McFee. He is survived by: his children, Brandon McFee of Richmond and Valine Thaxton of Richmond; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Fletcher (Aaron), Kianna Thaxton, Kamron Thaxton, Terrell Thaxton and Malaki Thaxton; his great grandchild Princeton Thaxton; and his siblings, Mary Williams of Richmond, Ray McFee (Jessica) of Raytown, Monty McFee of Richmond and Mark McFee of Richmond.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Jay McFee Memorial Fund.
