He was predeceased by: his mother Joanne Hughes (Coates); and his grandparents, Earl, Eileen Hughes, Jay and Jewel Coates.
He is survived by: his father Norman L. Hughes of Richmond; his daughters, Katie Ellis (Cody) of Richmond, Emily Hughes (Christian Strong) of Kentucky and Kenzie Hughes (Noah Babiak) of Higginsville; his grandchildren, Paxton Ellis, Paisley Ellis, Blakley Strong and Scottie Jo Strong; and his brother Wayne Hughes of Higginsville.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Kenny Hughes Memorial Fund.
