He was predeceased by: his father Michael Ralph McGinness; his stepfather Ronnie Haynes; and his grandparents, Lillian, Herschel Richie, Bill and Imogene Buchanan.
He is survived by: his mother Kathy McGinness (Buchanan); his wife Crystal McGinness; his children, John Michael and Christeena; his grandchildren, Madison, Trinity and Matthew; his stepparents, Bob and Janice; his siblings, Jason, McErin and Keri (Chris); his nieces, Allison, Kerrigan and Ella; his nephew Brandon; and his great-niece Claire. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
