She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Meeker and Sarah Meeker (Haws); her former husband Jack Shockley of Richmond; and her brothers, Leroy Meeker, Clarence Meeker, Joe Meeker and Ralph Meeker.
She is survived by: her husband Kenny Norris of Richmond; her sons, Michael Shockley of Excelsior Springs, Jeffrey Shockley of Richmond and Thomas Shockley of Excelsior Springs; and her granddaughters, Valerie Shockley and Chloe Shockley. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Eagleton Center.
