It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pauline Lee Hess of Richmond, Missouri, born in South Portland, Maine, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George Rankin and Jenny Rankin (Kinghorn); her former life partner Ernest R. Rash of Camden; her husband David Hess of Ray County; her son Michael Eugene Rash; her brother Perry Rankin; and her grandson Brandon Ruopp.
She is survived by : her children, Jim Rash (Phyllis) of Lee's Summit, Cheryl Karl (Ronnie) of Richmond, Patty Ruopp (Wade) of Marshalltown, IA and Sandy Warnell (Jeff) of Conrad, IA; her grandchildren, Stacy Schnapf (Dave), Michael Rash (Amy), Sarah Rash, Amy Dame (Dustyn), Lauren Ruester (Frank), Jacob Rash (Erica), Caitlin Hall (Tandy), Jeana Ruopp, Brandy Buell (Sean), Genessa Ridout (Zach), Katie Warnell, Quincy Mullen (Eli), Mackenzie Doud (Jordan), Bailey Nash, Ronnie Karl, Ryan Karl and Whitney Karl; and her daughter-in-law Marie Rash of Clinton. She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Richmond Assembly of God Church.
