He is survived by: his children, Jeff Todd (Kimberly) of Richmond, Mary Pittman (Willie) of Richmond and Valarie Stark (Randy) of Oak Grove; his grandchildren, Randi DeBey (Andrew), Hannah Birdsong (Kaleb), Alysha Pittman, Krysten Stark, Julia Pittman, Kaylee Stark, Laine Todd (Rylee), Karissa Stark and Lillian Todd; his great grandchildren, Samantha DeBey, Maverick Birdsong, Roman Birdsong, Arabella Pittman, Harper Birdsong, Johnathan Gauge DeBey, Louis James Todd and Whitley Wisemore; and his siblings, Paul William Todd (Jane) of Troy and Fern Kay Cuneio.
