He was predeceased by: his parents, William Milton and Shirley Todd (Farrow). He is survived by: his children, Jeff Todd (Kimberly) of Richmond, Mary Pittman (Willie) of Richmond and Valarie Stark (Randy) of Oak Grove; his grandchildren, Randi DeBey (Andrew), Hannah Birdsong (Kaleb), Alysha Pittman, Krysten Stark, Julia Pittman, Kaylee Stark, Laine Todd (Rylee), Karissa Stark and Lillian Todd; his great grandchildren, Samantha DeBey, Maverick Birdsong, Roman Birdsong, Arabella Pittman, Harper Birdsong, Johnathan Gauge DeBey, Louis James Todd and Whitley Wisemore; and his siblings, Paul William Todd (Jane) of Troy and Fern Kay Cuneio.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richmond Assembly of God Church (303 S College St, Richmond, MO 64085). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Richmond Memory Gardens (1403 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Raymond Leon Todd Memorial Fund.
