She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hagy and Ina Hagy (Hagy); and her siblings, Arden James Hagy, Dennis Paul Hagy (Bucky), Millie Nowell and Sylvia George.

She is survived by: her children, Tim Watkins (Vickie) of Kansas City, James Watkins of Richmond and Kelli Watkins (Steve) of Polo; her sister Louise Peglar (Frank) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Nicolas Jenkins, Arissah Price (Rashadd), Blaine Watkins, Caitlin Fox and Jedidiah Watkins; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Jenkins, Omar Price, Trinity Jenkins, Brooklyn Jenkins and Royal Price.

Ruby very reluctantly retired as a result of the COVID pandemic.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Ruby's name to Shirkey Hospice in Richmond, MO.
