It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Wentworth Sellers of Richmond, Missouri, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James McBrayer Sellers and Rebekah Evan Sellers; his former wife Sarah Sellers; his brother James McBrayer Sellers Jr.; his son William Sandford Sellers; and his stepson-in-law Lyle Laughman.
He is survived by: his brother Fred Sellers (Kathy); his sister-in-law Elizabeth Sellers; his daughter-in-law Rachel Demascal Sellers; his stepdaughters, Sharon Laughman and Linda Rogge (Kent); and his grandchildren, Serena Sellers, Dylan Sellers, Christopher Laughman (Tammy), Roderick Laughman (Collene), Konrad Laughman (Rebecca), Erich Rogge (Dana) and Erin Cullen (John). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and five nephews and one niece.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Presbyterian-Disciples Church (914 Franklin Ave, Lexington, MO 64067). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Presbyterian Disciples Church.
