Terry E. Milligan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry E. Milligan of Richmond, Missouri, who passed away on August 18, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Terry's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Terry has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Milligan and Lorene Milligan (Bayne); and his siblings, Larry Milligan and Kathline Munkirs. He is survived by: his sons, Scotty Milligan of Richmond, Mark Milligan of Richmond and Terry Allen of Arkansas; his brother Gary Milligan of Liberty; and his granddaughter Lily Baylis.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery (20109 MO-13 BUS, Higginsville, MO 64037).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Terry Milligan Memorial Fund.
