He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Robert Green and Martha Francis Green (Petty); his wife Rachelle Ireland Green; his children, Sybol Green and David Hart of Oklahoma; his brothers, Richard and David Green; and his stepdaughters, Cheyenne Ireland and Crystal Ireland.
The family suggest memorial donations be made to the Tom Green Memorial Fund.
