He is survived by: his close friend Janie Stevens; his children, Clint Crabtree of Richmond and Staci Proffitt (Kevin) of Kansas City; his grandsons, Benjamin Proffitt and William Proffitt; his brother Steven Crabtree (Shelby Leonard) of Kansas City; and his close friends, Harvey and Gizmo.
