As we bid Ruby Alice farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ruby Alice is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Butler and Ilie Butler (Dillon); her grandson Joseph Carr; and her son-in-law Robert Carr. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Carr of Cedarville, MI., William Cantrell of Monett, MO. and Tiffany Johnson of Ridgedale, MO.; her sisters-in-law, Pauline Jennings of Aurora and Mildred Jennings of Aurora; and her pet Meeko. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clio Cemetery (12465 State Hwy 39, Aurora, MO 65605).
