He is survived by: his children, Michelle, Travis and Dustin; his stepsons, Ryan Andrew and Jacob Andrew; his grandchildren, Brandon, Megan, Tia, Julian, Bailee, Liam, Tatum, Cooper, Brayden, Tristyn and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Easton, Amryn, Keara, Eli and Ally; and his sisters, Linda and Marla.
