He is survived by: his wife Pamela McGowan of Robertsville, Missouri; his stepdaughter Cheryl Cruse; and his sisters, Hazel McGowan, Ruth Mosley, Linda Lawrence, Zella Gwyn, Dona Balke, Anita Barnhardt, Virginia Young, June Webb and Alice McGowan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
