With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Burke (Rock Port, Missouri), born in Maryville, Missouri, who passed away on November 27, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Burke and Charlene Burke (Williams); and his son David Lininger. He is survived by: his former spouse Jackie Muntz (Vance); his wife Judy Burke; his children, Rick Burke (Mandy), London, England, Scott Burke (Karen), Shelly Cofer (Mark) and Randy Lininger (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Sarah Burke, Sam Burke, McKale Burke, Daltyn Burke, Darian Thomas, Deyton Burke, Lauren Dye, Taylor Makings, Morgan Cofer, Brooke Lininger, Blake Lininger and Summer Reeves; and his sister Jerilyn Burke (Raymond Sisson). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“I am so sorry about Gary passing. He will be missed by me. I tried to check on him every couple of weeks to see how he was doing,. I always enjoyed our conversations. I went to school with him at Irish Grove along with his sister Jerilyn. Gary and I started communicating back and forth since he had the car dealership in Tarikio. I sold him numerous of our company cars. We always negotiated a deal we were both happy with. My thoughts and prayers and he will never be forgotten as a good friend.”
