He is survived by: his parents, Steven Lewis and Connie Lewis of Fairfax, Missouri; his sister Darci; his brother-in-law Brian Morey of Tarkio, Missouri; his nephews, Seth, Luke Morey of Tarkio, Donovan Jones of Craig and Tyler Jones (Taya); and his great-niece Micah Rose Jones. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
