He is survived by: his son Rock Port; his wife Martha Smith; his children, Terri Phillips (Bob), David Smith (Christine) and Norwood; his grandchildren, Chris Phillips (Robbie) of Maryville, Denise Phillips of Maryville, R. David Gavert, Alexander Smith and Zachary Smith; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Carter and Phoenix Phillips; and his sister-in-law Anna Wolf (Rock Port). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
